Responding Effectively to Conflict, with Janet Mueller

This workshop will help you to understand the dynamics that contribute to conflict from the perspective of the relational worldview and transformative approach to conflict. The group will discuss three conflict insights as a foundation for developing greater self-awareness and conflict competency.  Skills developed can be used for self-reflection, with community members, co-workers, family, and friends.
